  • At this time, we do not provide custom-made orders. However, we regularly release a variety of unique handcrafted designs.

  • Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Currently, we do not offer wholesale or bulk purchasing options.

  • At this time, we do not provide gift-wrapping services.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, Stripe, Apple pay, and all major credit/Debit cards.

  • To ensure an even burn:

    • Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

    • Let the wax melt all the way across the surface during the first burn (this prevents tunneling).

    • Burn the candle for 2-4 hours at a time.
